Creating good relationship is like opening a new door
What I learned from NET Foundation during 3 mouths, 3 weeks internship program. It is adaptation because in every area there are differences from each other. Whether it is society, culture, language as well as the lives is most important that the people there we do not know them yet and do not familiar with them too. To create the good relationship where they first met compared to the first door which we would like to turn into. Smiling, laughing, talking and greeting to guests are the attraction way they establish a good relationship with us. In addition to the “adaptation” and “learning to new things” is also very importance. We learned how to do the job that we have made and never do before. Regarding to alternative energy, field visit, data collection and various activities we take part in. Moreover, we was exchange opinions, learn new language, culture, society in each locality, including to community problems that affected to the villagers.
To learn and open to the new things, we need to educate and answer our questions. To solve the problem we need to concern all dimensions within resolution, prudence, dispassion together with the heart of development is “people” and believes that everyone has potential in oneself and could be developed.
To social work, instead of looking of benefit we must focus on the subject of happiness and sustainable of self-reliance as a principle of work. As we could work for job that we like and better love job that we have done to make us happy with the work and satisfied in the result of works.
